What We Do After Receiving a Proper Notice
- We review the submission for completeness.
- If valid, we may remove or disable access to the identified material.
- We notify the user who posted the material and may share your notice with them.
- When appropriate, we may request additional information to process the claim.
How to Submit a Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that includes:
- Your contact information
Full name, postal address, email, and phone number. - Identification of the material
The content that was removed and the original URL on JennyPlayMod.com where it appeared before removal. - Good-faith statement
A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification. - Consent to jurisdiction & service
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your address, or if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which JennyPlayMod.com may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original DMCA notice or their agent. - Signature

Repeat Infringer Policy
We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate access for repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove content at any time at our sole discretion.
Misrepresentation Warning
Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), anyone who knowingly makes material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees).
